DESCRIPTION:Great skills\, the impact of Geography across the whole curriculum: climate change\, sustainability and EDI. \nIn this session on the new ISEB Geography specification\, subject specialist Nicholas Meek will explore the impact of Geography across the whole curriculum\, through topics that emerge through the teaching of CE 13+. \nGeography is a wonderful way to explore and encourage discussions around EDI\, integrating the study of a wide range of cultures and experiences. He will also explore how issues such as sustainability and climate change might begin as topics in the Geography classroom\, but can have wider school impact and become the topic of enquiry-based learning too. \nYou’ll also have the opportunity to ask our expert any questions you may have about the new Geography specification.
