Delivery

All physical exam papers are printed for you on demand, so please allow five working days from placing your order for them to arrive.

A shipping fee of £7.50 applies to all orders containing physical products. A handling fee of £5.50, including VAT, will also be added to orders under £100.00 at checkout. Orders of £100.00 or more will qualify for free handling, but the shipping fee will still apply. Orders containing only digital products are not subject to shipping or handling charges.

All UK orders are sent by Parcelforce 24. At present, we are unable to automatically provide tracking details for orders placed, however, you will receive an email with a tracking code once your order has been despatched. Please allow five working days from placing your order to delivery – if your order does not arrive within five working days please contact us at shop@iseb.co.uk with your order number. If you would like to request your tracking number at any time, you can also email shop@iseb.co.uk with your order number and we will send it to you.

Unfortunately, we are only able to accept orders of print on demand papers from schools and customers located within the UK at present.

Returns and refunds

As your exam papers are printed specifically for you, they are not refundable and cannot be returned. Please check your order carefully to ensure that all items are correct before you complete your purchase, as it is not possible to change or cancel your order once it has been placed.
