We are looking for a creative, driven and highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing team and activities, as well as run and develop our e-commerce activities. This role will line manage a small team within our Marketing, Communications & Sales department and will be responsible for using growth and digital marketing strategies to generate B2B leads for our sales team and to grow B2B and B2C revenue.

We are looking for a creative, highly organised and detail-oriented Communications Executive to plan and deliver a range of communications and events activities. This role will have responsibility for and get involved in a wide range of projects and campaigns, including PR, customer and product communications, CRM, advertising, content, merchandise and collateral, and events and conferences, as well as managing the information and content on our website, support platforms and across our other channels.

Julia leads ISEB and brings extensive experience in the education sector and assessment design, as well as specialist skills in product innovation and digital transformation to the role.
Carolyn leads on all marketing and communications activities. Having joined ISEB at the beginning of 2022, Carolyn brings a wealth of experience in the education and technology sectors.
As Acting Head of Qualifications & Delivery Hayden is responsible for the operation of all ISEB assessments and qualifications, including managing customer experience and working with our team of setters
Led by Carolyn Bramble, Head of Marketing Communications & Sales, the team includes, Tulio Althoff, Sales & Marketing Manager, Zoe Webber, Communications & Events Manager, and Sophie Goschen, Marketing & Publishing Executive.
The team is responsible for all promotional and engagement activities championing ISEB as the leading provider of examinations, qualifications and products in the independent sector and beyond.
A newly established team led by Hayden Wood as Acting Head of Qualifications & Delivery, the team also includes Sophie Crawley, Acting Product Manager responsible for the ISEB Common Pre-Tests, Tamra Page, Acting Product Manager for CE, CASE and curriculum and Pilvi Pirinen, Acting Qualifications & Delivery Manager.
The team manages all qualifications and products from development and deployment to certification and completion. This includes CE and CASE examinations at 13+, the ISEB Common Pre-Tests, and the iPQ.
The team recently met at the end of July 2023 in Winchester, using the time to introduce the newly established corporate structure, with an overview from Heads of department covering Senior Management, Marketing, Communications & Sales and Qualifications & Delivery.
Chair of the Board, Wendy Griffiths and Chief Executive Julia Martin, opened and closed the day with a reflection on the achievements so far in 2023 and upcoming opportunities into the new academic year, with all staff recognised with an ‘ISEB Star Award’ and champagne toast.
