Carolyn brings more than 20 years of experience in marketing, communications and digital transformation, primarily in the education sector. Prior to joining ISEB in 2022, she held senior marketing and communications roles at Trinity College London, where she led international marketing initiatives supporting the growth of their music and drama exams and qualifications. She also co-founded and helped grow a successful consumer electronics start-up, giving her first-hand experience of product development, customer acquisition and business growth.
