Delivery – Advance Orders:
All Advance Orders placed before the 25 November 2022 closing date will be despatched on 26 January 2023 for delivery on 26 January 2023.
Delivery – Pre-orders:
All pre-orders placed between 26 November 2022 and 27 January 2023 will be printed and despatched from 30 January 2023.
Delivery – Print-on-demand:
After 27 January 2023, Spring 2023 exam papers will be available to purchase as print-on-demand products. As all exam papers are printed especially for your order, please allow five working days from placing your order for them to arrive.

All UK orders are sent by Parcelforce 24. At present, we are unable to automatically provide tracking details for orders placed, however, please be assured that your order has been processed and is on its way. Please allow five working days from placing your order to delivery – if your order does not arrive within five working days please contact us at shop@iseb.co.uk with your order number. If you would like to request your tracking number at any time, you can also email shop@iseb.co.uk with your order number and we will send it to you.
Unfortunately, we are only able to accept orders from schools and customers located within the UK at present.
Returns and refunds
As your exam papers are printed specifically for you, they are not refundable and cannot be returned. Please check your order carefully to ensure that all items are correct before you complete your purchase, as it is not possible to change or cancel your order once it has been placed.
