New participation certificates for pupils

We know that all pupils love to receive certificates that celebrate their efforts and achievements. Writing a story for a creative writing competition takes a lot of time and hard work, so we wanted to give schools the option to be able to acknowledge this through digital certificates that recognise participation in Time to Write 2026.

How to order entrant participation certificates

1. Complete the online order form on this page.
2. ISEB will send you a spreadsheet of names and story titles to check. Please ensure that the spelling and capitalisation of your entrant’s names and the title of their stories are correct.
3. Send your checked and corrected spreadsheet back to ISEB.
4. ISEB will create your certificates and send to you as PDF files, along with an invoice.

How much do participation certificates cost?

An admin fee of £2.00 will be charged per entrant participation certificate. Ordering these certificates is completely optional. The winners, runners up and highly commended writers in each category will still be awarded a free digital certificate as per previous competitions. As a thank-you for taking part in the shortlisting of entries for Time to Write 2026, we will waive the £2.00 admin fee on these certificates for schools where two or more teachers completed shortlisting. Please let us know if your school had more than one staff member take part in the shortlisting round on RM Compare when you complete the form below.
