Ticket Terms & Conditions

By registering for the ISEB conference, you agree to and accept these terms and conditions. 


  • All prices for tickets are clearly stated on the conference website, available here:
  • Any discounts or offers will clearly state the cost of the ticket, and this will be confirmed when the invoice is issued. If a delegate has any questions regarding the cost of a ticket, please email for support.
  • Tickets are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances, which will be assessed on a case-by-case basis by the Senior Management Team at ISEB.
  • Delegates are not permitted to resell a ticket at any time.
  • If the original event attendee is no longer able to attend the conference, a ticket may be transferred to another member of staff. This transfer must take place within the same school or organisation, tickets can not be transferred to another school/organisation, and ISEB must be informed of this transfer in advance of the event as soon as is practicable.
  • It is the responsibility of the original attendee to contact ISEB to inform them of this change at the earliest date possible. Please email to transfer your ticket within your school/organisation.
  • Once an attendee has completed the registration form and paid for their ticket by invoice, outlined below, they will automatically be added to the guest list, and tickets will be waiting on arrival.

Payment and discounts

  • Invoices will be issued for all tickets purchased, and payment is due within 14 days of invoicing. Please contact the ISEB Accounts team if you have any questions regarding your invoice or payment, email:
  • In some cases, ISEB will issue discount codes or run promotional deals offering subsidised tickets. If an attendee has already registered and paid for a ticket/s, they are not eligible for a refund should they later be provided with a discount code or promotional offer. All ticket sales are final.


  • All attendees who specify access or dietary requirements when completing the registration form will be contacted to ensure ISEB pass on all important information to the venue directly. If you have any specific access or dietary requirements and would like to discuss these in advance of registering to attend, please email:

Use of personal data

  • ISEB will not share any information provided upon registration with any third parties. By registering to attend the conference, attendees consent to be added to ISEB’s mailing list to receive information and updates in the run-up to the event. Attendees can unsubscribe from these emails at any time but may miss important operational updates regarding the event.

Ticket policy

  • ISEB reserve the right to refuse or revoke admission to any event or conference for any breach of these Terms and Conditions. In the event we refuse or revoke admission to any event or conference due to a breach by the attendee, the ticket purchase price will be forfeited.

Event cancellation, postponement and substitution policy

  • In the unlikely event that the conference is postponed or cancelled all ticket holders will be notified at the earliest possible opportunity and advised on the next steps.
  • While the format, speakers, and topics for events are confirmed at the time of publishing, circumstances beyond the control of the organisers may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations. As such, we reserve the right to alter or modify the advertised event format, speakers and topics if necessary. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on our website as soon as practical.
