Important update: Customer service during the March and April bank holidays

ISEB’s customer service function will be closed from Friday, 29 March, through Monday, 1 April, as staff observe the UK bank holidays on Friday, 29 March, and Monday, 1 April.

We will return to normal service from 9am on Tuesday, 2 April, and staff will endeavour to respond to any enquiries as soon as possible. Please find information below on how to submit an enquiry and contact our customer support team.

Information about orders placed on the ISEB online shop over the bank holidays

All orders of past papers placed on our online shop from Thursday, 28 March, will be processed upon the return to normal operations on Tuesday, 2 April. Please allow at least five working days from this date for your order to be delivered.
